1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipbetty ("vipbetty," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vipbetty online gaming platform accessible at vipbetty.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through vipbetty, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use vipbetty, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by vipbetty or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vipbetty, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

vipbetty reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by vipbetty may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of vipbetty services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on vipbetty. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. vipbetty employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vipbetty may close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your vipbetty account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify vipbetty support immediately via live chat.

vipbetty reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your vipbetty account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's cashier section.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. vipbetty may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and other supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.

vipbetty processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

vipbetty reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vipbetty offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules applicable to all vipbetty promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• vipbetty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other means — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Players who have an active bonus may be restricted from withdrawing their real-money balance until the bonus wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is forfeited. The option to forfeit a bonus is available in your account settings.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on vipbetty are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are available within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. vipbetty does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or bet settlement, vipbetty reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• vipbetty reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error or human mistake ("palpable error").
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at vipbetty's discretion.
• vipbetty uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vipbetty and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on vipbetty.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipbetty staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipbetty Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of vipbetty or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipbetty.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

vipbetty collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vipbetty implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and vipbetty cannot guarantee absolute data security.

10. Responsible Gaming

vipbetty is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipbetty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

vipbetty's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipbetty account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vipbetty does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vir uses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
